Johannesburg is the biggest city in South Africa. Johannesburg is also known as eGoli, the place of gold.
When gold was discovered in 1880 prospectors rushed to the area and Johannesburg was born. Within a few years the city grew to be the biggest in the country.
Johannesburg is still the heartbeat of South Africa’s economy. Just outside of Johannesburg, in Carletonville, is the famous Western Deep Levels. The deepest mine in the world at about 3580m underground.
There are lots of restaurants, night clubs, jazz clubs and galleries. Throughout the city you will find shopping centers and theaters.

Starting a home based business
Hopefully I have your attention. I stopped working in December 2009. Not because I am lazy, you see, but my contract expired and living in my area, you sure as little apples do not find work easily.
So I have an internet connection and a willingness to work. Sadly not much money to throw around, but I decided to get on the web and start looking.
Was I in for a shock!! Do you have any idea how serious this is? After 2 months I have not made a penny. I maxed my internet contract, yes. Everybody wants to sell you their bright plan to make thousands in a day. Believe me they do not. They make money from us poor innocent fools. No bright plan at all.
So let me explain how my mind works:
1. I can work very hard. Nobody can give me work that will kill me.
2. I will do this job perfectly.
3. I want to earn money for the time and effort.
So how difficult can this be?
I ask you to tell me about your experiences out there and I will continue this discussion. I will show you everything. The full sad story. Websites promising to do something and what can be expected.
